Soccer for All Players
TOPSoccer has been a part of OYSA since 1998! We are proud to offer this program to kids across the state of Oregon.
TOPSoccer is a community-based program for players with disabilities. There are thousands of children with disabilities who need, and can be provided with, the opportunity to play soccer through the TOPSoccer program.
This program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young players with disabilities to become valued and successful members of our OYSA family.

Below are active TOPSoccer programs in Oregon. Each one has different dates and times they operate their program. Go the program in your area to find out their specific information.
If you want to start a TOPS program or need additional information, contact OYSA’s TOPSoccer Chairperson Joslynn Bigelow.
Clubs are required to fill out the TOPSoccer Club Application every year. If you are new and would like to start a program, please fill out this application and the office will follow up with you.
