A yearlong series of competitions as teams earn their way from the top teams in their state to the regional championship tournament.

Teams that win their U12-U19 bracket move on to the US Youth Soccer Far West Regional Championships

• Registration and Payment Deadline is February 24th at 5 pm
  • Entry Fee $975
  • $100 late fee for any team that pays after this deadline
• Recommended for Premier division teams and high-level Division 1 teams
• February 24th at 5 pm – Field Inventory Due
• TBD at 12 pm – Schedule Requests Due
• March 26^th – Roster Freeze Deadline
  • Transfer Window will be from 3/19/25 – 3/25/25. This will be your only opportunity to transfer players between teams.
• Seeding done by Fall/Winter League Standings
  • Winter standings determined by points per game average at the time of seeding
  • Seeding done on TBA

• There is no Regional tournament for U11 Winners
• U12 Winners play at the Far West Presidents Cup
• State Cup winner (U12 to U18) will qualify for the US Youth Soccer Northwest Conference

    If a team in the finals has the bid from the NWC to Regionals and they win State Cup, their cards goes back to the NWC and they go to Regionals as the State Champion. If they come in 2nd at the State Cup, they go to Regionals as the NWC bid and the 1st place team goes as the State Champion

• Roster freeze for State Cup is Wednesday, March 23rd, 2025 at 5 pm.
• Roster freeze for any level of Regional and National play must have all players registered with their club by the original roster freeze date for the State Cup of March 23, 2025
• Teams need to play in a qualifying league to enter this tournament. Qualifying leagues for U11-U14 is the Fall League, and qualifying leagues for U15-U19 is the Winter league
• At the time a Team’s National Championships Competitions roster for competitions at the State Association level is determined under this rule, the Team may not have more than 5 rostered youth who were previously rostered during the current seasonal year with a Club other than the Club of which the Team is a member, (Rule 221, page 5)
