Background:
Eastside Timbers is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Volunteer Coordinator to join our leadership team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing an extensive list of volunteers from the Eastside Timbers membership base for various events, including, but not limited to an Auction, Casino Night, Tournaments & Jamborees, Holiday Special Events, Complex Assistance, Community Engagement, and Concessions.
The Volunteer Coordinator will ensure events are well-staffed and run smoothly, fostering a positive experience for both volunteers and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to recruit volunteers from the Eastside Timbers membership base
· Create and distribute recruitment materials, including emails, flyers, and social media posts
· Attend Eastside Timbers meetings and events to promote volunteer opportunities
· Maintain a database of volunteers, tracking their contact information, availability, and event assignments
· Conduct orientation and training sessions for new volunteers to ensure they understand their responsibilities
· Collaborate with event organizers to determine volunteer needs for each event
· Communicate event details and volunteer roles clearly and promptly
· Ensure all volunteers have the necessary resources and support during events
· Act as the main point of contact for volunteers, addressing any questions or concerns
· Provide ongoing support and recognition to volunteers to maintain engagement and satisfaction
· Organize appreciation events or initiatives to thank volunteers for their contributions
· Track volunteer hours and contributions for reporting and recognition purposes
· Prepare and distribute volunteer schedules and role descriptions
· Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations regarding volunteer activities
· Collect feedback from volunteers to assess their experience and identify areas for improvement
· Update the volunteer database with post-event information and notes
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Volunteer Coordinator or similar role
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Proficiency in computer management systems, volunteer software, and technology
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
· A degree in Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred

Position Overview: Oregon Premier Futsal is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Facility Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and positive environment for all members and guests. The Facility Assistant will manage daily operations, including facility upkeep, concessions, phone and email communications, and member assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Manage the concession stand, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist members with questions, check-ins, and facility needs.
- Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive atmosphere within the center.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, facility management, or similar roles preferred.
- Soccer experience is a plus and may lead to future coaching opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, with some daytime opportunities available throughout the year.
