Youth Referees of the Year for 2007 (awarded in January 2008) There are four winners each year, 2 recreational referees and 2 classic referees. The candidates must be 19 years old or younger and currently registered with USSF as a referee. That's the simple part. To win this award, the referees must exhibit something special either on or off the field. Some excel in sports, some in community service, others as musicians and still others as fantastic youth referee mentors.

2007 Recreational Referee of the Year
  • Kaitlyn Nord from Junction City
  • Colin Stevens from Eugene
2007 Classic Referee of the Year
(Automatically invited to Farwest Regional tournament)
  • Katie Brown from Portland
  • Ryan Abbott from McMinnville (and Portland)
